摘要
针对智能变电站点对点采样值传输模式下两种传输方案的技术要点作简要的对比分析,提出采用IEC 61850-9-2协议比IEC 60044-8/FT3协议具有自描述和互操作性方面的优点,因此将更有优势和生命力;采用基于FPGA技术实现过程层以太网通信,是提高系统集成度、可靠性的最佳选择之一,论证了今后工程中选用9-2点对点采样值传输方案的可行性。
This paper compares and analyses two transmission scheme of point-to-point sampled value in smart substations, suggests that IEC 61850-9-2 Agreement is better than IEC 60044-8/FT3 Agreement because of the advantage of self-description and interoperability, and points out that the best solution is to improve system integration and reliability by using FPGA-based Ethernet communication technology at process level. The feasibility of 9-2 point-to-point sampled value transmission scheme in future project is also discussed in the paper.
