不同种源香椿叶片脂肪酸组分含量与抗寒性关系 被引量:5

A relationship between cold resistance and content of fatty acid composition in leaves of Toona sinensis from different provenances

摘要 以河南西峡、江苏南京等10个种源1年生香椿为材料,研究低温胁迫对香椿叶片脂肪酸组分含量的影响,并分析其与香椿种源抗寒性的关系。结果表明:不同种源香椿叶片膜脂脂肪酸组分相同,主要有月桂酸(12∶0)、软脂酸(16∶0)、硬脂酸(18∶0)、亚油酸(18∶2)、亚麻酸(18∶3)和花生酸(20∶0)。但含量配比和膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度(IUFA)存在明显差异。福建霞蒲、贵州黔西南和湖南洞口3种源的不饱和脂肪酸含量较低,IUFA指数也较小。而其余北方种源不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,IUFA也较高。抗寒性较强的种源膜脂不饱和脂肪酸含量或脂肪酸不饱和度高。研究表明,叶片膜脂不饱和脂肪酸含量和脂肪酸不饱和度与香椿种源抗寒性呈正相关关系。 One-year old Toona Sinensis seedlings from 10 provenances, which were Xixia of Henan, Nanjing of Jiangsu, etc. , were chosen to be the materials to study the effect of low-temperature stress on content of fatty acid composition in ]eaves, and analyse their relation to the cold resistance. The results indicated that the fatty acid composition in different provenances was the same. The main fatty acids were Dodecanoic acid, Hexadecanoic acid, (Z, Z) -9,12-Octadecadienoic acid, (Z, Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid, Octadecanoic acid and Eicosanoic acid. But there were significant differ- ences in fatty acid content and index of unsaturated fatty acid (IUFA) among different provenances. The content of unsatu- rated fatty acid was lower in provenances of Xiapu of Fujian, Qianxinan of Guizhou and Dongkou of Hunan, and their IUFA was also smaller. While content of unsaturated fatty acid and IUFA in the provenances from north were higher. The prove- nances with higher fatty acid content and IUFA were stronger in cold resistance. And there was a positive correlation between cold resistance and fatty acid content as well as IUFA.
