摘要
研究了不同促根剂和不同基质配方对斑叶海桐扦插苗及容器苗的生根和新梢生长的影响。结果表明:发根率和新梢生长量以ABT1号生根粉1 000mg/kg和"森生1号"500mg/kg速蘸2s为较佳,比对照分别增加44.4%和36.1%,发根率分别达到86.67%和81.67%,而对照仅为60%;基质配方B1、B2、B3依次排列,对斑叶海桐的新梢和根系生长有明显的促进作用。
Effects of different rooting agent and media formula on rooting rate and shoot growth of container cuttings of Pit- tosporum tobira ＇ Variegatum＇ were studied. The results showed that the highest rooting rate and shoot growth could be ob- tained by using 1000mg/kg ABT1 rooting powder or 500mg,/kg ＂Sensheng No. 1＂ rooting powder with quick dipping. Roo- ting rate of above treatments were 86.67% and 81.67% respectively, while control was only 60%. The rooting rate of a- bove treatments increased by 44.4% and 36.1%, compared with control. Media formula B1, B2 and B3 could obviously promote growth of shoot and root.
