农村中小学教育评价制度改革的障碍及其对策

The Obstacles and Measures for the Reform of Evaluation System in Primary and Middle School Education in Rural Areas

随着我国新课程改革的推行,与之相配套的教育评价制度改革的力度也在不断加大。但是改革十年来,教育评价制度改革的适切性问题在农村越来越凸现。由于农村有着特殊的经济、社会、文化现状,所以存在着阻碍评价制度改革的诸多因素,如传统观念、落后经济与师资,课程适切性等。这表明在改革中不能一味将适合城市的改革模式套用到农村教育上,要缩短城乡教育差距,确保农村教育质量,就必须采取一系列的对策。

As the promoting of the reform of new curriculum,the corresponding reform of evaluation system is increasingly enhanced.However,during the last decade,the adaptability of this reform in rural areas is gradually highlighted.Because of the economic,social and cultural situations,there exist many factors which are preventing the advance of evaluation system reform,such as traditional concepts,backwardness in economy and teachers＇ qualification,the adaptability of curriculum.Therefore,it shows that it is inappropriate to copy the form of reformation suitable for cities in rural education.In order to shorten the gap in education and enhance the educational quality in rural areas,it is pressing to take a series of measures.
