摘要
以2,2-二氯-4'-甲基苯乙酮为原料,在六水合氯化铁促进下,与羟胺盐和乙二醛反应,得到1-羟基-4-(4-甲基苯基)-2-甲肟基咪唑-3-氧化物。研究了反应时间、物料配比、溶剂的种类和三氯化铁的用量等因素对环化反应的影响,优惠条件下的收率达到87.5%。该法原料来源广、成本低、反应条件温和、收率高,具有工业化应用前景。
1-Hydroxy-4-(4-methylphenyl)-2-oxyiminomethylimidazole-3-oxide was prepared under the promotion of FeCl3O·6H2O through a glyoxal reaction using 2,2-dichloro-4'-methyl acetophenone with hydroxylamine salt.The effect of reaction time,material ratio and solvent types on the cyclization reaction was discussed,with a yield of 87.5% under an optimized condition.This method has various advantages,such as rich source of the readily available raw materials,low cost,mild reaction conditions and high yield,and it has a good prospect for industrialization.
