患儿乳磨牙一次根管治疗术后短期疼痛反应分析

Analysis of Short-term Ache After One-visit Root Canal Therapy of Deciduous Molar

目的探讨分析乳牙一次根管治疗术后短期疼痛反应,为临床实践提供参考。方法选择门诊乳牙慢性牙髓炎患儿164例,随机分成实验组(一次根管治疗)84例和对照组(两次根管治疗)80例,术后24 h、48 h、1周疼痛调查,两组间比较并做统计分析。结果一次根管治疗与两次根管治疗术后短期疼痛反应差异无统计学意义。结论一次根管治疗的方法在很多方面优于两次根管治疗,可以适当在乳牙根管治疗中应用。

Objective To analyze short-term ache after one-visit root canal therapy of deciduous molar,and to provide the evidence for clinical practice.Methods One hundred and sixty-four out-patients with chronic pulpitis of deciduous molar were selected and then randomly divided into two groups.One was experimental group（n=84,one-visit root canal therapy）,the other was control group（n=80,two-visit root canal therapy）.The follow-up time points were 24 hrs,48 hrs,and one-week after the treatment,the situation of ache was compared between the two groups,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results No statistically significant difference was found in the situation of ache between one-visit root canal therapy and two-visit root canal therapy.Conclusions One-visit root canal therapy has many benefits than two-visit root canal therapy and is suitable to apply in clinical treatment of deciduous molar.
