环氧沥青桥面铺装路用性能及施工控制 被引量:4

摘要 结合某钢构桥工程实践,介绍了环氧沥青这一新型桥面铺装材料的特点及配制过程,并由室内试验对其路用性能进行研究分析,详细阐述了环氧沥青桥面铺装施工中对结构层的要求,以及环氧沥青铺装施工工艺和关键控制技术结果表明,在低温和多雨气候条件下,如果采用得当的施工措施并严格控制铺装施工工序,完全能够确保环氧沥青桥面铺装的施工质量满足工程使用要求。 Through a steel bridge engineering practice, the material characteristics and preparation process of epoxy asphalt pavement were introduced; the study of road performance of epoxy asphalt was carried out by laboratory tests; the construction requirements of structural layers and key technology in construction were described in detail. The results show that if proper measures are adopted and construction process is strictly controlled under the conditions of low temperature and rainy season, the construction quality of epoxy asphalt pavement can meet project requirements.
