加味旋复代赭汤治疗慢性咳嗽30例

Chinic observation on treatment of chronic cough patients by Xuanfudaizhe Decoction

观察分析中药治疗慢性咳嗽的疗效,与西药进行比较,其中治疗组30例,用加味旋复代赫汤治疗,对照组30组,吸入丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗,结果显示治疗组总有效率为87%,对照组总有效率为84%。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示中药加味旋复代赭汤治疗慢性咳嗽有较好疗效。

Objective To validate clinical curative effect of Xuanfudaizhe Decoction on chronic cough.Methods 60 patients that were diagnosed as chronic cough were randomly grouped to treatment group and controlled group.Each group had 30 cases.The two groups were treated with Xuanfudaizhe Decoction and Beclometasone Dipropionate Aerosol.Results Symptoms of cough were improved effectively in both treatment group and controlled group,the total efficiency of the treatment group is 87% and that of the controlled group is 84%.Their differences had no great statistical significance.Conclusion Xuanfudaizhe Decoction had clinical curative effect in patients with chronic cough.
