摘要
介绍了如何以PDCA循环为基本理论指导临床路径的实施,及如何通过该理论保障临床路径的持续改进。提出应发挥科主任的督促作用,在实践中不断发现问题,制定改进措施。持续改进是临床路径有效实施的保证。
