临床路径在中西医结合混合痔切除术中的实践研究

Use of Clinical Pathway in Therapy of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Mixed Hemor-rhoid Excision

目的依据临床路径对中西医结合治疗混合痔进行管理,观察临床路径在确保医疗质量、缩短平均住院日、降低医疗资源消耗等方面的作用。方法使用随机对照研究,将患者分为临床路径组和非临床路径组(对照组),观察2组间住院天数、总费用、药占比、患者的满意度等方面的差异。结果 2组间住院天数、总费用、药占比等有明显差异,满意度没有明显差异。结论临床路径可强化中药治疗依从性,降低患者住院总费用、药占比和住院天数等,是中西医结合治疗质量控制的良好工具。

Objective Using the clinical pathway （CP） to manage the therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the mixed hemorrhoid excision, to study its effect on quality of medical service assurance, shortening the average hos- pital stay, reducing the medical resource assumption. Method Randomized control trial was conducted to observe the differences of average hospital stay, all - in cost, drug proportion, patients＇understanding of the therapy and patient satisfaction between the study group （ the CP group } and the control group. Result Significant differences were observed in the average hospital stay, all - in cost, drug proportion, patients＇understanding of the therapy between the two groups, while patient satisfaction had no differ- ence. Conclusion In the therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the mixed hemorrhoid excision, CP helps to improving the dependence on traditional Chinese medicine, lowering patient~ cost and drug proportion, shortening aver- age hospital stay, improving patient~ understanding of the therapy. The CP is a good measure to conduct quality control in the therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.
