摘要
从供方视角评价到需方(病人)视角评价的转变,已成为国际卫生服务质量评价的重要发展趋势。分析了国外此领域的发展趋势,以及国内现状,提出病人视角评价已成为卫生服务质量评价的重要发展方向。
In order to meet development needs of information disclosure of quality of healthcare and payment by quality on health insurance, quality of healthcare evaluation from provider to consumer perspective has become an important development tendency at abroad. In China, although quality of healtheare assessment stressed "patient -centered", but by patients perspec- tive, those indicators may be far on the outside of the circle of "patient - centered", so quality of healtheare evaluation from pro- vider to consumer perspective has become an important development need in the future.
