How to Improve Quality of Research Files in Hospital

从科研档案的特点着笔,分析了当前医院科研档案管理存在的主要问题,包括资料残缺,完整性、系统性无法保证;规范化程度不高,缺乏客观性、真实性、可靠性;信息化程度偏低等。并结合工作实践,提出了5点建议:加大科研人员培训力度,提高档案管理意识;健全科研档案管理机制;狠抓制度落实,确保档案质量;加强科研档案管理人员培训,提高其综合素质;推进档案管理数字化进程。

From the characteristics of research files, the paper discussed main problems in management of research files in hospital, which included incomplete information; unguaranteed integrity and system; low standardization; lack of ob- jectivity, authenticity and reliability; low level of information, ect. Combined with work experience, five suggestions were put forward： to increase research staff training, improve awareness of files management ; to establish a sound scientific files management mechanism, improve management systems ; to pay close attention to the implementation of systems to ensure the quality of files ; to strengthen training of files management staff to improve its overall quality; to promote the process of digital file management.
