摘要
本文通过1950—2009年卢氏县山洪灾害资料,从卢氏县的地质地貌和造成山洪的暴雨的天气形势入手,分析了卢氏县山洪灾害的特征和成因,并提出了完善基础设施建设、增强防患意识、加强山丘区域水雨情测报预报工作、抓紧建立完善山洪灾害预警系统等各种防御措施。
Based on the flash flood data during 1950—2009 in Lushi,starting with the geological features and the weather situation caused flash flood,the paper analyzes Lushi flash flood characteristics and causes.The defense methods were put forward such as improving infrastructure,enhancing preventive awareness,strengthening hill regional water forecast work,establishing flash flood early warning system.
