摘要
针对目前地面观测中对云仍依靠目测,记录难免存在主观性偏差的问题,提出以集体观测云况记录为基础,综合考虑云图的颜色和形状,从建立云图颜色、梯度方向角数据库入手,用云图检索的方法判断云况信息。检验结果表明,该方法在天空能见度较好、云图数据库较大的情况下识别正确率较高。
The ground-based observations of cloud conditions are still relying on eye estimation,therefore subjective deviation is inevitable.This paper proposed that we should take the cloud situation record by collective observation as the foundation,evaluate nephogram's color and shape,establish nephogram color and gradient yaw database,then ascertain the cloud situation by retrieving nephogram.Test results show that the recognition accuracy of this method is quite high in the circumstances of good visibility in the sky and a large nephogram database.
