摘要
基于印刷电路板钻削的特殊性,分析PCB钻床超高速电主轴在钻削超微细孔时遇到的问题;介绍PCB钻床超高速电主轴的技术现状和特点﹑结构和原理;总结PCB钻床超高速电主轴的关键技术点;阐述PCB钻床超高速电主轴的附件和保养等,为印刷电路板行业超高速电主轴的使用提供指导。
Based on the specificity of drilling PCB, the problems encountered when ultrafine hole drilling by the ultra-high speed electric spindle of PCB drill press were analyzed. The present situation, characteristic, structure and theory of the ultra-high speed electric spindle were introduced. The key technologies of the uhra-high speed pcb spindle were summarized. Affix and maintenance and so on were described. These provide guidance for application of the ultra-high speed electric spindle in the PCB industry.
