摘要
航空发动机叶片作为飞机发动机的关键部件之一,其修复质量的好坏直接影响着飞行安全。研究利用扫描获取的点云数据实现高压叶片面形数字化建模的方法。采用依曲率变步长的方法取得叶片的边界点,利用三次B样条曲线对边界点进行拟合得到发动机叶片的包络线,并利用该包络线和精简过的数据点云对发动机叶片进行数字化三维建模。建模结果表明,利用该方法建立出的发动机叶片模型具有良好的光顺性及精确性。
Aviation engine blade is One of the most important components of aircraft engine. Flight safety is directly affected by the repairing quality of blade. The point cloud data accessed by scanning was used to do digital modeling of high pressure blade. A method of varying step according leaf curvature was presented to acquire the boundary points. The boundary points were fitted to get engine blades envelope based on cubic B-spline curve. Using the envelope and streamline point cloud data of engine blade, digital three-dimensional modeling was finished. Comparing with theoretical data, it proves that the digital model of aero engine blade has good fairness and accuracy.
