摘要
在具有大量先验知识和经验的基础上,为解决不确定条件下CB3463-1车床转塔刀架的故障诊断问题,引入了Petri网理论,建立了针对CB3463-1车床转塔刀架故障的诊断模型,并用实例证明了该模型的可行性和有效性。运用Petri网的逻辑推理和矩阵运算功能,在一定程度上解决了故障与其原因的"非一一对应"问题。
In order to solve the fault diagnosis problems of turret tool rest of CB3463-1 lathe under uncertain conditions, as a large number of prior knowledge and experience was gained, the probabilistic method was introduced to the traditional Petri nets, and a diagnosis model of the faults probability for turret tool rest was established. The model was proved to be feasible and valid by an example. By using the Petri nets' function of logical reasoning and matrix calculated, the problem of "A fault is corresponding to a plurality of reasons" is solved at a certain extent.
