摘要 采用聚丙烯酸酯树脂涂层结合纳米拒水拒油剂的复合整理工艺路线,对涤纶织物进行耐酸和耐碱整理。使用占布质量60%的树脂和8%的纳米整理剂分两步处理织物,烘干温度为80℃,烘焙温度为160℃,烘焙时间3 min,按国家标准测试方法测试,经处理的涤纶织物在洗前和洗后,耐酸碱透过时间均可达到3 min及以上。经处理织物手感柔软,透气性良好,能较好保持原有的服用性能,同时具有良好的耐水洗性能。 The polyester fabric was treated with polyacrylate resin and nano water and oil repellent agents for acid and alkali resistance. The fabric was treated by 60 % resin of total fabric weight and 8 % nano finishing agent with conditions of drying temperature 80 ℃, baking temperature 160 ℃, baking time 3 min.After examination with national standard test method, the anti-through time for acid and alkali was achieved both 3 min before and after washing. The fabric was soft and breathable after finishing, which maintained the original wearability and good washing performance.
