消失模白模的生产研究

我国消失模铸造从十几年前出现热潮以来,有了很大进步,但目前从总体上来说还处于技术革新阶段。铸造白模的质量不仅影响铸件的表面质量,而且对铸件内在质量也有着重要影响。本文从模样的材料、预发泡、成型及熟化处理等方面对国内白模生产进行了研究,并与国际上消失模生产作了对比,指出我国在消失模生产中白模生产需要注意的问题。

EPC technology is still in the stage of technological innovation overall in China even great progress has been made after many years of developing.Foam pattern has influence both on the quality of the casting surface and of intrinsic casting.The production of domestic casting pattern is discussed from the appearance of the material,pre-expansion,molding and curing treatment and it is compared with other countries in this thesis,and then some problems are pointed out in order to improve the EPC technology in our country.
