摘要
采用无纺布轻基质育苗和优良家系选择试验,结果表明:容器规格和缓释肥施入量对闽楠苗期生长性状有显著的影响,而基质成分和配比对闽楠苗期生长影响不显著。不同处理对闽楠苗期生长影响显著,容器规格10cm、基质成分和配比以泥炭∶珍珠岩=7∶3、缓释肥施入量2.5kg.m-3时效果最佳,平均苗高和地径分别为26.2cm和3.02mm。闽楠不同家系间苗高、地径和分枝数等性状差异极显著,苗高和地径等生长性状受中等以上遗传控制。根据苗高和地径,从35个闽楠家系中综合选择出7个优良家系。
Container seedling culture with light medium and family selection for Phoebe bournei, a precious timber tree species in southern China were conducted. The results showed that the growth traits of the seedlings were affected by container's size and the quantity of controlled releasing fertilize. No significant influences were found by the medium ingredients and proportions. There existed significant influences on seedling growth among different treatments. The treatment No. 2 was the best one, in which the container size was 10 cm, medium included 70% peats and 30% pearlite, 2.5 kg ·m-3 slow releas fertilizer. The averaged seedling height and ground diamater was 26.2 cm and 3.02 mm in treatment No. 2, respectively. The differences of these growing traits were significant between families. This indicated that the improvement of growth traits was feasible. Broad heritability of three seedling traits was above moderate. Seven good families were selected for experiment and popularization.
