摘要 2003年11月,从长白山引进金银忍冬种子。经过5a多引种栽培试验,对其植物学特征、生物学特性、生长节律及繁殖技术等进行了试验研究。结果表明:金银忍冬适应性强,耐寒、抗旱、易繁殖、易移栽、无病虫害;种子繁殖采取低温沙藏处理后再用冷水浸种48h,发芽率87.3%;嫩枝扦插用1 000mg.kg-1 NAA处理插穗2s,生根率最高,为92%,属于皮部生根型树种;其主梢每年有2个生长高峰。树形优美,枝叶繁茂,花期2个月,红色果实可在枝条上存留一个冬季,是城乡绿化的优良树种。 Seeds of Lonicera maackii were introduced from Changbai Mountain in November 2003. Its botanical characteristics, biological characteristics, growth rhythms and propagation techniques were systematically studied through the introduction and cultivation experiments conducted in five years. The results showed that L. maackii presented the characteristics of strong adaptability, cold-tolerance, drought-resistance, easy propagation, easy transplanting and no diseases and insect pests. The best method of seed propagation was to adopt sand culture with low temperature, then soak them in cold water for 48 hours and its germination rate was 87.3%. The rooting rate reached as high as 92% when softwood cutting with 1000 mg·kg -1NAA and treatment duration 2 s, which belonged to species that generated roots from phloem. The apical shoots had two growth peaks in a year, the tree form was graceful and foliage was luxuriant, blooming period was two months, the red fruit hanged on twigs for the whole winter, being a good tree species for greenery in urban and rural areas.
