青海云杉针叶和枝条的挥发性化合物的固相微萃GC/MS分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,结合气相色谱/质谱(GC-MS)提取方法,分析了青海云杉针叶和枝条中的挥发性化合物,共鉴定了65种化学成分。其中针叶中分离鉴定出42种挥发性成分,占峰面积99.78%,主要成分为α-蒎烯、莰烯、左旋乙酸冰片酯;枝条中分离鉴定出50种挥发性成分,占峰面积的99.93%,主要成分为α-蒎烯、a-水芹烯、莰烯、1-甲基-5-(1-1-甲基乙烯基)-环己烯、石竹烯。青海云杉针叶和枝条的挥发物质中,萜烯类物质含量最多。 The volatile components in the needle and branch of Picea crassifolia were extracted by solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) and were analyzed by GC-MS. About 65 different compounds were identified. Forty-two were found in the needle, accounting for 99.78 % the total area, including a-pinene, camphene, acetate of (1S-endo)-1,7,7-trimethyl-cyclo[-2.2.1]heptan-2-ol. Fifty were found in the branch, accounting for 99.93 % of the total area, including a-Pinene, a-phellandrene, camphene, ( R)- 1-methyl-5- ( 1-methylethenyl)-cyclohexene, caryophyllene. The content terpenes were the main components in the volatiles.
