摘要
利用硅胶、RP-18和Sephadex LH-20等现代色谱分离手段,从亚稀褶黑菇(Russula sub-nigricans Hongo)子实体的甲醇提取物中分离纯化得到4个甾醇类化合物,1个神经酰胺类化合物,通过理化性质、波谱分析及与文献值分析对照,鉴定出它们分别是麦角甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇、麦角甾-7-烯-3β-醇、5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇、麦角甾-3β,5α,9α-三羟基-7,22-二烯-6-醇、(2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino)octadecane-1,3,4-triol。
