支气管肺癌早期诊断研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨支气管肺癌早期诊断的方法。方法阅读国内外大量相关文献资料并进行综合分析。结果肺癌早期诊断方法有:多层螺旋CT、正电子发射计算机断层显像仪-CT、自荧光支气管镜、窄带成像支气管镜、纤维共焦荧光显微内镜、计算机断层扫描透视、支气管内超声、电磁导航、仿真支气管镜、痰脱落细胞学、肿瘤标志物等。结论低剂量螺旋CT用于肺癌高危人群的筛查,对周围型肺癌检出率很高,对中央型肺癌需联合纤支镜下各种检查方可提高早期诊断率。
