多层螺旋CT血管造影诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影(multislice spiral CT angiography,MSCTA)诊断颅内动脉瘤的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经过手术及DSA确诊颅内动脉瘤的64层螺旋CT血管造影检查的影像资料。结果 28例共31个动脉瘤,其中4例为2个。31个动脉瘤5个位于前交通动脉,7个位于大脑中动脉,10个位于后交通动脉,8个位于颈内动脉,1个位于椎动脉。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影对颅内动脉瘤诊断有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CTA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.Methods Imaging datd of 28 cases 64-spiral CTA with intracranial aneurysms proved by operation and DSA were retrospectively analysed.Results 31 aneurysms in 28 cases.four cases of 28 hand too aneurysms.5 aneurysms located at anterior communicating atery,7 at middle cerebral artery,10 at posterior communicating,8 at internal carotid artery and 1 at basilar artery.Conclusion MSCTA plays an important role in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
