摘要
建立了固相萃取一高效液相色谱一荧光法检测食用茵样本中多茵灵的新方法。食用茵经乙酸乙酯提取,提取溶液经固相萃取柱净化、浓缩后,C18色谱柱分离,采用带有荧光检测器的高效液相色谱检测,流动相为20mmoL/L磷酸盐缓冲液和乙腈。试验结果表明,多茵灵的定量检出限为0.05mg/kg,加标回收率为85.5%-95.4%,相对标准偏差小于6.0%。该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于食用茵中多茵灵的检测。
A new method was established for the determination of carbendazim in edible fungus by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector(SPE-HPLC-FLD). The edible fungus samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and purified by a solid phase extraction column. Then,the chromatographic separation was achieved on a ClS column. The mobile phase was 20 mmoL/L phosphate-aeetonitrile. The results showed that the recovery rates of carbendasim were between 85.5% to 95.4% with the relative standard deviations below 6.0%, and limit of quantification (LOQs)was 0.05 mg/kg. The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and repeatable,and can be used for determination of carbendazim in edible fungus.
