摘要
目的:分析锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折的临床效果。方法:采用锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折50例,分析术后并发症发生情况,并评估膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:除1例出现深部感染,骨折未愈合,余49例骨折均愈合良好。膝关节功能根据Kolm ert评定标准,优18例,良25例,可7例,优良率为86%。结论:锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折,内固定牢靠,并发症少,为术后早期功能锻炼提供保证,是治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of treatment of distal femur fractures using locking plate.Method Total 50 patients with distal femur fractures were treated with locking plate system.Results One case had deep infection and nonunion.According to Kolmert evaluation,the results were excellent in 18 cases,good in 25 cases,and fair in 7 cases.The knee joint function scores showed that the excellent and good rate was 86%.Conclusion The locking plate is an effective way for distal femur fractures.
