乳腺癌保乳手术切缘评估技术与方法被引量：1

摘要早期乳腺癌保乳手术（Breast—conservingtherapy，BCT）因能减轻患者心理负担，提供较好的美容效果，兼顾乳腺癌疗效和患者生活质量的优势，现已成为欧美国家治疗早期乳腺癌的首选术式。但BCT存在着较高的局部复发（10calrecur-reflce，LR）风险，一些临床试验报道局部复发率在6％～16％。大量研究均显示BCT的切缘状态与局部复发有关，BCT的阳性切缘率在20％～40％。如何正确地评估和处理原发灶手术切缘，是BCT实施过程中的一个非常关键的问题。
