摘要
冷床是连铸机的重要设备。文章介绍了液压式步进翻转冷床的设计特点,并对冷床动框架进行了有限元分析,结果表明冷床的强度和刚度都能满足生产需要。
The cooling bed is the important equipment of continuous caster.This paper introduces design features of hydraulic walking beam cooling bed and performs finite element analysis for cooling bed dynamical framework.The result shows the strength and rigidity of cooling bed to meet manufacturing requirements.
