化疗治疗宫颈癌27例临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Chemotherapy for 27 Cases of Cervical Carcinoma

目的:探讨化疗在宫颈癌治疗中的应用及疗效。方法:对大理医学院附属医院2004年1月至2010年11月宫颈癌患者Ⅰa～Ⅱb期(Ⅰa～Ⅱb)27例进行回顾性分析。结果:5例宫颈癌Ⅱb期(Ⅱb)术前新辅助化疗后均获部分缓解,并成功行广泛性全子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术。余22例行广泛性全子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术的同时行双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗。27例患者中除1例失访外,随访时间4个月～6年,平均随访时间25个月,除1例复发外,余均无复发及转移,为无瘤生存状态。结论:化疗治疗可作为宫颈癌术前、术中及术后的辅助治疗。

Objective： To explore the effects of chemotherapy in the treatment of early cervical carcinoma.Methods： Clinical datums from 27 cases of early cervical carcinoma（Stage Ia～IIb） from January 2004 to November 2010 in Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department of Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were conduct retrospective analysis.Results： Five cases in stage II b were partial remission under chemotherapy management before operation,then,extensive radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy were all successfully performed.Extensive radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy plus internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy was successfully performed in the rest 22 cases.All patients were followed up for 4 to 72 months with an average of 25 months except one lost,no recurrence and transfer were observed.Conclusion： Chemotherapy,a good adjuvant therapy of early cervical carcinoma,can be applied to preoperative,intraoperative or postoperative.
