类风湿性关节炎造血干／祖细胞Wnt5a、β-catenin基因表达的研究 被引量：1

摘要 类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种以慢性破坏性关节炎为主要特征的系统性自身免疫病，其发病机制尚不清楚。近年来发现，RA患者造血干细胞／祖细胞（hematopoietic stem／progenitor cell，HSC／HPC）增殖能力受损，Wnt信号途径是调控HSC／HPC增殖的重要信号途径，可能参与其调节。本研究旨在对RA患者中外周血CD34＋HSC／HPC中Wnt5a、β-cateninmRNA的表达进行研究，了解Wnt信号途径分子基因表达的异常，为认识RA发病机制在HSC／HPC中的异常提供依据。
