“一主三学”教学模式优越性探析

摘要 "一主三学"教学模式,既充分体现了"以学生为中心"的现代教育的观念,又发挥了教师的"导学""助学"作用,解决了教学中的三个具体问题:通过明晰师生的角色保证学生在课堂上的主体地位,通过增强学生的自主性提高课堂教学效率,通过"导学""助学""促学"促进全体学生个性发展。在实践中取得了良好的效果,为探索教育教学规律积累了一定的经验。 The teaching mode of "Four Learnings" autonomous learning,guided learning,supported learning and promoted learning" fully embodies the modern education concept of "student-centered" and plays the tutor's guiding and supporting role.It solves the three specific problems during the teaching process: ensuring the subjective position of the students by clarifying the roles of tutors and students;improving the teaching efficiency through enhancing students independency in class;promoting the students' individual development through "guided learning" "supported learning" and "promoted learning".This mode has obtained good effect in practice and accumulated experience in exploring the educational rules.
