文化软实力是一个国家和地区软实力的重要组成部分,也是综合国力的重要体现。文化生态建设是将物质文化建设和精神文化建设二者结合起来。对于河北省来说,若要扩大区域影响力,寻求经济稳步发展,必须要合理利用和发掘省内的文化资源,加强文化生态建设,从而逐步提高文化软实力乃至区域综合实力。

Cultural soft power is an important component of the soft power of a country.It is also the embodiment of overall national strength.Cultural ecology construction means to combine the material construction and spiritual construction.For Hebei province,if it aims to enlarge regional influence and seek economic growth,it is necessary to reasonably use and explore cultural resources,strengthen its cultural ecological construction,so as to gradually improve the soft power and overall regional strength.
