工艺条件对劣质煤矸石免烧砖性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以六盘水矿区劣质的高铁高砂煤矸石为主要原料制备煤矸石免烧砖。分析矿渣细度、物料含水率、蒸养温度、蒸养时间对劣质煤矸石免烧砖强度性能的影响。结果表明,控制矿渣细度为140目,物料含水率为23%,蒸养温度为120℃,蒸养时间为14h的工艺条件下制备的煤矸石免烧砖,其各项性能满足JC/T422-91(96)《非烧结普通黏土砖》MU15标准要求。 The poor quality gangue with high iron and silica content was taken as main raw material to prepare unfired brick. The influence of the fineness of slag, moisture content, curing temperature and curing time on the strength properties of the gangue unfired brick were analyzed. The results showed that the best process conditions of unfired brick were 14 hours steam curing at 120 ℃ and 140 mesh fineness of slag, 23 % moisture content. The performance indexes were in conformity with the requirements of JC/T422-91 (96) MU15 standard.
