摘要
以结晶氯化铝(AlCl3.6H2O)、结晶氯化镁(MgCl2.6H2O)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备堇青石粉体,采用XRD、SEM等测试手段对堇青石粉体进行了表征,探讨了溶胶-凝胶法制备堇青石粉体在低温下的烧结机理与析晶机制。结果表明:α-堇青石的开始形成温度为1150℃,在1200℃时晶化完全,即可获得高纯度的α-堇青石陶瓷粉体,较传统的方法降低了约150℃,并达到了致密烧结。
Cordierite ceramic powder was prepared using sol-gel process using AlCl3·6H2O, MgCl2·6H2O and tetrathoxysilance (TEOS) as raw materials. The structure and composition of the cordierite powder were characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. At the same time, sintering mechanism, crystallization mechanism of cordierite ceramic powder were all probed at lower temperature. The results show that cordierite ceramic powder began to form α-cordierite at 1150 ℃and α-cordierite could be fully formed at 1200 ℃, achieving high purity ceramic powder, sintering temperature was much lower about 150 ℃ than cordierite prepared by traditional methods,the sol-gel process increased the density of the sintering powder.
