摘要
以铁交联膨润土为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,催化氧化降解处理染料刚果红,并研究各因素对去除率的影响。实验结果表明,用铁交联膨润土-H2O2处理50 mg/L刚果红废水,在pH值为3、温度75℃、H2O2用量0.016 mol/L、铁交联膨润土用量0.4 g/L、时间30 min条件下,对刚果红的去除率达91%。铁交联膨润土作为类Fenton体系的固体催化剂具有pH值适应范围宽、对污染物具有一定的吸附作用、可分离重复使用等优点。
Catalytic degradation process for the congo red was investigated by using the Fe-pillared bentonite as catalyst and adsorbent, and H2O2 as oxidant. The experimental results indicated that the disadvantages of Fenton reagent were eliminated by the Fe-pillared bentonite, and the degradation ratio of congo red reached 91% under the following conditions: pH value was 3, reaction temperature was 75, dosage of H2O2 was 0.016 mol/L, dosage of bentonite was 0.4 g/L, reaction time was 30min.
