摘要
目的：探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）后角膜瓣移a的预防与护理.方法：回顾性分析2003年7月至2006年7月在我院就诊的LASIK术后角膜瓣移位的患者45例（45眼）的临床特点,探讨角膜瓣移位的预防与护理.结果：45例术后角膜瓣移位,均于LASIK术后第1天和第30天发生伴有少许层间异物的.经妥善处理后裸眼视力恢复至≥1.0.结论：LASIK术后第一天发生角膜瓣移位,原因多属外力作用：用力挤眼、揉眼、结膜囊异物等.经妥善处理后视力恢复良好.
Objective To explore the prevention and nursing of corneal flap displacement after LASIK operation. Methods we respectively analyzed 45eases （45eyes） of corneal flap displacement after LASIK operation from July 2003 to July 2006. Explore the prevention and nursing of corneal flap displacement. Results 45cases（45eyes） of corneal flap displacement were all occurred in ld and 30d after LASIK operation with particulate debris under the repositioned flap. The vision was up to ≥ 1.0 by properly treatment. Conclusion The reasons of corneal flap displacement at 1 d after LASIK operation was due to the external force such as squeezing eye, rubbing eye and foreign body of conjunctival sac. The vision was recovered to lane by properly treatment.
