动静态结合排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻性便秘中的临床应用

The clinical utility with Defecography on the Treatment of the patient with disorder of defecation

目的：探讨动静态结合排粪造影在诊断出口型便秘中的临床应用.方法：对108例排便障碍者进行排粪造影检查.结果：100例有异常X线表现.8例无异常.其中直肠粘膜脱垂68例,直肠前突70例,盆底肌痉挛综合征8例,耻骨直肠肌肥厚7例.肛管息肉3例.结论：动静态结合在功能性出口梗阻性便秘的诊断具有重要作用.

Objective toevaluate the method of defecagraphy and he clinical applicationg in the treatment of rhe functional disorder of defecation. Methods Retrospective analysis X - ray performance of 108 cases with disorder of defecation, and use the standard measurements of lu. Results 100 patients have abnormal X - ray imaging. Among them ,68 patients were rectalmucosaprolapse. 68 patients were rectocele ,8 patients were spasticpelvic floor syndrome ,7 patients were muscalus puborectalis syndrome. 3 patients with anus - tube polypus. Conclusion DEfecography is a king of dlagnostic method for disorder of defecation.
