克隆氏病并发肛门直肠周围脓肿的围手术期护理

目的：克隆氏病（Crohn病）亦称节段性肠炎，是一种慢性非特畀消化道疾病，因病因未明，治疗复发率高，故术后的护理显得尤其重要。万法：10多年来本科收治28例克隆氏病患者，进行手术切除，就围手术期的护理就行阐述。结果：效果满意，复发率低。结论：由于本病的发病特点，应在手术期前后进行有效地护理，可有效提高效果并减轻病人痛苦。

Objective cloning Crohn＇s disease （disease） is also called the segmental enteritis, is a ehmnic nonspecific digestive disorders, tor the cause is unknown, the treatment of the recurrence rate is high, so postoperative nursing became especially important. Methods 10 DuoNian to undergraduate course 28 cases were cloned＇s patients, surgical excision, perioperative care will do in this paper. Results the result is satisfactory, and the recurrence rate is low. Conclusion the clinical characteristic of as the disease, should be in operation period before and effectively care, which can effectively improve effect and decrease the pain.
