实时三维超声心动图评价冠心病患者左室容积和收缩功能可靠性的研究

摘要 目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)在定量分析左心室容积和收缩功能方面的可靠性及准确性.方法:以左心室造影(CVG)为参考标准,应用RT-3DE测量30例患者的左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、心搏量(SV)及射血分数(EF).结果:RT-3DE的数值与CVG所测数值高度相关,r值分别为0.93、0.92、0.94和0.89,二者间无显著性差异.结论:RT-3DE能准确评价左心室容积和收缩功能,且具有无创伤性、可重复性、简单价廉等优点.
