脑卒中康复期患者住院期间的安全管理

The safety management in the Period of the rehabilitation of stroke Patients in Hospital

目的：为了有效回避康复科护理风险、降低脑卒中康复期患者不安全事件的发生,确保病人安全,减少护患纠纷.方法：通过评估危险因素,确定高危人群;改善环境设施,创造一个安全的病房环境;加强病人管理;加强护士的素质教育;加强护工的培训.结果：与2009年相比较,2010年我院康复中心脑卒中患者护理不安全事件的发生率大大降低,病人满意度达95%以上.结论：加强安全管理,能有效提高康复科护理质量,保障病人安全,提升医院的护理质量.

Objective In order to avoid the nursing risk, to reduce the insecure issues on the stroke patients in the period of the rehabilitation, to ensure the patient＇s safety and decrease the dispute between nurses and patients. Method through the risk factors assessment, determine the hlgh -risk patients; improve the environment facility and create secure environment; Strengthen the management on the patients, the nurse＇s quality education as well as the training of escorts. Result Compared with 2009, the incidence of the insecure issues on stroke patients greatly reduced in our Rehabilitation Department,more than 95% patients are satisfied with our service. Conclusion It is effective to improve the quality of the nursing care through the safety management; meanwhile it can ensure the patients safety and increase the quality of the hospital care.
