摘要 研究表明铁超载可以引起骨质疏松,活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)同样是骨质疏松的危险因素之一。越来越多的证据显示铁超载引起机体ROS的增多是其引起骨质疏松的最重要机制。本文就ROS与铁超载对骨质疏松影响的相关性研究进行综述。以期为进一步阐明铁超载引起骨质疏松的机制提供帮助。 It has been revealed that iron overload can cause osteoporosis, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) is also a risk factor of osteoporosis. More and more evidences show that the increase of ROS caused by iron overload is the most important mechanism leading to osteoporosis. The relative researches are reviewed in this paper in order to further clarify the mechanism of osteoporosis induced by iron overload.
