降压治疗中的J形曲线 被引量：5

摘要 高血压是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,大量荟萃分析显示收缩压下降10～20mmHg或舒张压下降5～6mmHg,3～5年的脑卒中、心脑血管病死亡率与冠状动脉性心脏病（冠心病）事件分别减少38%、20%和16%,心力衰竭减少50%以上,
