摘要 胆汁酸具有多种重要的生理功能,不仅在脂类和脂溶性物质的消化吸收中发挥重要作用,还可作为信号分子在胆汁酸代谢、糖脂代谢以及能量代谢等方面发挥着重要作用.近来研究发现,其在肝再生的调节中也发挥着重要作用,本文就胆汁酸的合成代谢及其在肝脏再生中的调节作用及机制的研究进展作一综述. Bile acids possess many important physiological functions. They have been shown to play pivotal roles in the absorption of dietary lipids and fat soluble vitamins as well as in regulating bile acid homeostasis, lipoprotein and glucose metabolism. Recent evidence suggests that bile acid signaling pathway plays an important role in normal liver regeneration. This review aims to elucidate the potential role of the bile acid signaling pathway in liver regeneration and to highlight possible mechanisms involved.
