摘要
本实验采用常见的陶瓷原料,在氧化气氛下制备出了具有类似晶花形貌的冰裂纹青釉。结合SEM和XRD等分析技术,通过对釉的化学组成及微观结构、胎釉间弹性模量和应力计算分析,发现古代"冰裂纹"的成因是在釉坯间存在较大应力的情况下,较差的坯釉中间层有效的传递了胎釉间的应力,导致釉层内开裂。裂纹在扩展过程中遇到釉层中气泡发生方向偏折而形成了类似晶花态的"冰裂纹"形貌。
The experiment modified ice crackle glaze with common ceramic materialse in the oxidation atmosphere.Combined with SEM,XRD analysis technology,the glaze composition and microstructure,Belastic modulus and Stress calculation between glaze and tire body were investigated,The results show that ancient "ice crackle" was created by great tensile stress between body and glaze.Interlayer between body and glaze effectively transferred the tensile stress and caused cracks.Crackle encountered the bubble of the glaze layer was deviated and formed ice crackle morphology.
