摘要
企业文化的管理功能早已为企业管理者所熟知,但在实践中成功地创建一种健全的、有效能的企业文化并不多见。究其原因,与企业管理者对企业文化的误读有关。企业管理者必须认识到企业文化不同于他们的个人价值观,也不同于组织风气;企业文化的创建必须立基于既有的企业的文化历史基础,结合本企业的行业特点和企业发展战略,吸取本企业原有组织风气中的精华,借鉴其他企业的优秀文化,进行创造性的融合。
Management functions of enterprise culture have long been known to enterprise managers,but in practice few companies have succeeded in creating a sound and efficient corporate culture.As for the reason,it is concerned with managers' misunderstanding about corporate culture.Enterprise managers must recognize that corporate culture is both different from their personal values,and from organizational ethos,that it must be based on companies' current cultural and historical foundation and combined with the companies' industry characteristics and enterprise development strategies,and that it must absorb the cream of the companies' original organizational ethos and learn from the experience of other excellent enterprise culture.
