摘要
所谓"身股",也称为"人力股",它是指晋商的掌柜和资深的伙计不需要出资金,而以他们的才能和贡献入股,并且在账期分红时与出资者共同分享利润的一种制度安排。身股与银股的分红大致可为银、身股按股平等分红、按比例分红以及分红数目大致固定这三种主要方式。身股的分红具有数量大、范围广、层次多的特点。
The so-called "labor shares",refers to an institutional arrangement in which ancient Shanxi bank managers and senior clerks do not invest money,but become shareholders with their talents and contributions,sharing the profits with investors.There are mainly three ways of dividends between labor and silver shareholders.Labor share dividends has the characteristics of large quantities,the wide range,and multiple levels.Labor share system is an important cause of ancient Shanxi merchants' everlasting success.
