摘要
介绍了创新服务业的内涵和分类,指出创新服务业是战略性产业,发展创新服务业必须转变政府职能,提出了发展创新服务业的政策选择。
In this paper, the authors introduced connotation and classification of innovative service industry, and put forward that strategic industry is a part of innovative industry. Developing innovative service industry has to change government function. Finally, the authors put forward the policies of developing innovative service industry.
