分析了《科技企业孵化器认定和管理办法》的制定背景、重要意义、基本内容、主要特点,提出了提升科技企业孵化器建设管理水平和创业孵化能力的新要求。
In this paper, the authors analyzed background, significance, basic content and main features of presume and administrative measures of sci-tech enterprise incubators, and put forward new requirements of improving construction management Level of sci-tech enterprise incubators and entrepreneurship incubation ability.
