Network platform on opening administration is a comprehensive network platform depending on internet to reach administration public and to meet the need of public service. It provides service for the public with the characteristics of convenience, speed, coverage, immediacy, and closeness to the public. The supervision of network platform will benefit innovation of administration, reform of administrative system, and opening administration. In order to play the role of network platform, the government should change image display to convenience service, increase communication to arouse public interest, build network on public information service and enterprise websites, improve supervision to build protection mechanism on network platform.
